Ingredients

    1/3 Cup of Fresh Ginger Root (chopped)
    3 Tablespoons Filtered Water
    6 Tablespoons of Honey
    4 Tablespoons of Agave Nectar
    Juice of 2 Lemons
    Pinch of Sea Salt Himalayan Pink Salt
    1 Liter of Plain Sparkling Water

Directions

Place ginger root and filtered water in compact food processor and pulse until smooth. Empty contents into cheesecloth and squeeze out ginger juice. In pitcher mix honey, agave nectar, lemon juice and ginger juice. Gently pour in the sparkling water and add salt. Serve over ice with lemon garnish.
