Ingredients

    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 small package frozen chopped broccoli
    1 package (3 cups) Mirepoix style blend veggies
    1 cup chopped kale
    1/2 cup edemame

Tips

I also sprinkle cumin on top for extra health benefits and if your stomach is bothering you, I suggest going up to 1 tbsp of ginger.


Directions

Pour 1/2 cup of water, 3 tbsp (or more to taste) of soy sauce to skillet, and heat to 350 degrees. Stir in 1 tsp of ground ginger. Slowly, add frozen broccoli and mirepoix style blend vegetables to skillet. Cover for 5-7 minutes while you wash and chop the kale. Stir ingredients. Add kale and edamame. Cook for another 6-8 minutes. Stir and serve.
