Ingredients

    10 ROMA TOMATOES
    4 CLOVES GARLIC
    4 CHOPPED SERRANO PEPPERS
    SALT - OPTIONAL (NOT INCLUDED IN RECIPE)
    CELANTRO - OPTIONAL

Tips

Salt and celantro can be added, but it will change the sodium.


Directions

Put tomatoes, in crock pot, put a slit in four of the tomatoes to add garlic clove. Chop 4 Peppers (less if want less spice) and add to tomatoes. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours and then put through blender. Refrigerate.
