Introduction

This is delish! and very filling.. This is delish! and very filling..
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10g Low fat mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
    100g Chicken breast or tenderloin
    1/2 tsp Portuguese Chicken Seasoning (paprika, chilli, oregano, lemon)
    1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
    1 squeeze Lemon juice
    2 slices Wholewheat bread
    3 slices Red tomato, medium
    10g Red onion
    1 cup Salad (.75 cup lettuce, .25 cup baby spinach)

Directions

Makes 1 Sandwich

Combine mayo and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl and set aside.

Flatten chicken with fist or mallet, place in a bowl with portuguese seasoning, oil and lemon juice.

Cook bread in toaster. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side on high heat.

Layer sandwich with chicken, mayo mix, tomato, onion and salad leaves. Delish!!
