Ingredients

    1- 13oz can of chicken breast
    1 avocado
    1.5 Tbs Light Mayonnaise
    Dash garlic powder
    Dash onion powder

Tips

Great served on a croissant, whole-wheat wrap or just over some lettuce and sliced tomato!


Directions

Scoop the avocado meat out of the skin and discard the pit. Mash the avocado into the chicken. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and mayo. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
