Introduction

This is a great breakfast muffin from the people at Arrowhead Mills. These are not sweet. This is a great breakfast muffin from the people at Arrowhead Mills. These are not sweet.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 Arrowhead Mills Oat Bran
    1/4 raisins (or chopped dates)
    1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 or 3 egg whites
    1 cup water (or juice)
    1/2 honey or maple syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the egg shites until foamy, and then stir in remaining liquids. Combine mixtures. Stir lightly until moistened. Fill well oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 12 -15 minutes or until done.

This makes 12 muffins
