    Feta Cheese, .33 cup, crumbled
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 1 serving
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    fresh mint, 2 serving

let the pasta salad marinate for 2 hours in fridge before serving


Directions

Cook Orzo
blanch Asparagus, Peas and Artichokes
finely mince garlic
Toss all ingredients tgether
