1 Cup Kefir (any flavor you like)
1 Med. banana
2 Cups Kale, packed
1/2 Cup Blueberries (I like to use frozen)
1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 Cup Oats (optional)
3 Ice Cubes
3 Tablespoons Brewers Yeast (optional)
1/2 Cup Low Fat Blueberry Yogurt
Tips
Using organic baby kale has better flavor. Oats are optional if you desire more hardyness and you can add brewers yeast or protein powder for higher protein. Quick, healthy & delicious breakfast!

Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth!
