Best cheese cake ever. Best cheese cake ever.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    crust:
    2 T butter
    graham crackers (1 cup crushed or about 6)
    cinnamon
    1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

    filling:
    3 8 oz packages neufchatel cream cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 cup white sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    2 T flour
    2 eggs
    1.5 cups raspberries
    t vanilla
    t lemon juice

    garnish with raspberry sauce on top!

Tips

add chocolate chips to filling!


Directions

crust: press, 350 and bake 5-10
filling: cream all together at room temp then stir in raspberries
-bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until set but slightly wobbly.
-Cool and top with raspberry sauce

Serving Size: Makes one cheesecake
