Introduction

A variation of my Almond Butter cookies recipe for lower fat and calories. A variation of my Almond Butter cookies recipe for lower fat and calories.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Naturally More almond butter
    1/4 cup better'n peanut butter (any flavor; I like the banana or the low sodium)
    1/3 cup cup-for-cup stevia
    1/2 cup white whole-wheat flour
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract
    dash cinnamon (optional--can also use pumpkin pie or apple pie spice)
    1/2 tsp nusalt or salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients well with a spoon, drop by rounded 1/2 tsbp fulls onto cookie sheet and bake 13 minutes. Let cool before removing from sheet.

Serving Size: makes 20 cookies
