Introduction
Makes a delightful glass of iced coffee...or add skim milk and sugar free syrup for a yummy iced latte! Makes a delightful glass of iced coffee...or add skim milk and sugar free syrup for a yummy iced latte!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
2 1/3 cups of your favorite ground coffee
7 1/2 cups water
Directions
Combine coffee ground and water in large pitcher. Stir only enough to moisten the grounds.
Cover and refridgerate at least 12 hours.
Line a strainer with a coffee filter, place over another pitcher and slowly pour the coffee mixture into it. This takes some time to allow for it all to drain.
Once strained, you have a coffee concentrate ready to use!
I fill a glass with ice cubes, then half coffee concentrate and half cold water. Or if I have enough calories to enjoy I add skim milk and sugar free syrup instead of the water. Good stuff!!!
