Introduction

Ingredients

    Turkey Bacon
    Shredded Cheese (could sub low fat)
    Zucchini, sliced
    3 Eggs
    Pasta (I prefer veggie pasta)
    Garlic
    Grapeseed or Olive Oil

Tips

You could use many different variations of this recipe. I just used what was in my fridge leftover from Farmers Market, but ideally I would sub lowfat cheese and add more vegetables.


Directions

Saute' vegetable with 2 cloves of garlic in grapeseed oil. Saute' turkey bacon separately. Combine and add salt to taste.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add wet, hot, unrinsed pasta to cheese and beaten raw egg. Mix well and then combine with vegetable mixure in pan and cook on low for 5 minutes.
