    **Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 4 oz
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 2 leaf outer
    Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cup slices
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 4 berry
    Banana, fresh, 1 half)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/4 cup, unthawed

Directions

put all in your best blender and liquefy!
