Introduction

My Mother in Law made this when we visited her and gave me a recipe. I actually like it a lot, especially with veggie patties. My Mother in Law made this when we visited her and gave me a recipe. I actually like it a lot, especially with veggie patties.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -2 C cucumbers, sliced with skin into thin quarter slices
    -1/2 large onion sliced thin, about 1/2 C
    -1 t toasted sesame oil
    -1 T white distilled vinegar
    All other seasonings are generally 'to taste'

    -1/4 t crushed red pepper
    -1/2 t granulated garlic powder
    -1/2 t onion powder
    -dash salt

Directions

---Mix all ingredients in a med. to small bowl, cover with a tight fitting lid and shake until well mixed. Store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

---Makes about 4 servings of 1/2 C each.
