Ingredients

    1.5 cup dried red lentils
    1.5 cup onions chopped
    1.5 cups diced carrots
    8 oz portabella mushrooms
    2 t Mrs Dash or Simply Organic seasoning
    2 Vegan vegetable bullion cubes
    8 cups water

Tips

This is good with out the mushrooms. It is good blended into a creamy soup with a stick blender.


Directions

Pick and rinse lentils. Put lentils, water, onions, carrots, Mrs. Dash, and bullion cubes in large pot and simmer until tender. Add mushrooms and simmer until they are cooked.
