Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    12 no boil lasagna noodles
    1 26 oz. jar of preferred pasta sauce
    3/4 c. water
    15 oz. ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Italian cheese blend

Directions

Brown meat in a skillet and drain grease. Add sauce and water, then mix.

Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Add 1/2 c. sauce mixture in the bottom. Layer over with 4 noodles, breaking to fit as necessary.

Top with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, 1/3 of the remaining meat mixture, and 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with a meat layer. Set the remaining cheese aside.

Cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 4-6 hours on low.

Sprinkle lasagna with remaining shredded cheese and let stand, uncovered, for 15 minutes before serving
