Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breast cut into small chunks
1 cups Plain Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cinnamon
1 piece minced ginger (1 inch long)

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garam masala
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup plain yogurt
.5 cups brocoli
.5 cups cauliflower

2 cups basmati rice prepared
Directions
Serving Size: 380 g
Add chicken, 1 cup yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger to a bowl and let it sit for a half hour.
Add to a large pan olive oil, 2 cinnamon sticks, and two bay leaves. Heat on medium for a few minutes until you can smell the cinnamon. Add garlic, tomato sauce and spices. Stir until everything is mixed and reduce heat.
In a second pan, remove chicken from mixture and set mixture aside, cook the chicken over medium heat until it is done. Add chicken and mixture to the tomato sause and bring close to a boil on medium-high heat. Add brocoli and cauliflower if desired and cook to desired state. Add 1 cup yogurt to the mix and heat to desired temp. Serve over rice
