    Mushrooms
    Zucchini
    Green and Yellow Bell Peppers
    Raw garlic
    Onion
    Tomatoes
    Olive oil
    salt
    pepper

Tips

You can add all sorts of different veggies and in different quantities, depending on your tastes.


Directions

Chop all items into similarly sized pieces (except for garlic, chop that finely). Put in roasting pan, and toss with the olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
