Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (we buy it bagged at store or make fresh)
1/4 cup marinara / spagetti sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped muchrooms
1/2 cup sliced eggplant
6 large stuffed green olives (mine were habanero stuffed!)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese (pepper jack)
1/2 cup feta cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 500. Spread dough on pizza stone, cover with sauce and top with veggies, cheese and feta. Cook 20-25 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is melted and golden. Makes 8 large slices.
