Ingredients

    Whole weat Penne Past (1box)
    Ground Turkey (1 lb)
    Taco Seasoning Mix Less Sodium (1 Packet)
    One Chopped onion
    Can of drained corn less sodium
    Can of Ro Tel Diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 brick of Velveeta
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    Jalapeno juice for some zip if you want

Directions

Cook pasta put in bowl off to the side and brown meat with taco packet. Then add pasta back in and cut up the half brick of cheese into cubes so it can melt and add all the cans drain the corn but nothing else. Let it mix all togther and sit for about 20 min but stir about ever 5 min or so to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
