Ingredients

    3 T rice wine vinegar
    3 T canola, vegetable, or sesame oil
    2.5 T creamy soy nut butter (see tips)
    1.5 T soy sauce
    4.5 t brown sugar
    1/4 t fresh grated ginger
    1 package pre-shredded Asian slaw or cole slaw blend (plain)

Tips

I use soy nut butter because of a peanut allergy, but peanut butter can easily be substituted for the soy nut butter.


Directions

Whisk together everything but the slaw mix. Add slaw and stir together. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings (about 1.25 c. each)
