Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (rinsed and seasoned to your liking. I use salt sense and pepper).
1 cup of organic, whole wheat fettucine. (rinsed and patted dry).
1 can of tomato soup, preferably sodium free.
1 can of whole corn or corn cut from the cob. (Rinsed)
    1 diced red onion

Place the items in a pot on the stove top or cook them in a slow cooker. This meal is fast, filling and low calorie. This is a pot sticker meal that can use the amount of ingredients for 2 people and serve 4. Enjoy.

Tips

Be careful as to not allow children near the stove and when serving the food, it will be very hot.

Directions

Place all items into the crock pot/ slow cooker. or even a pot and cook them. I cook this in a pot at 350 degrees farenheit, but have also baked this. So, it's good either way. You place the ingredients in and let the cooking do the work. To make it stretch a little more you can cut the chicken into slices.

Serving Size: Feeds a family of 4.
