    6 oz Wild Blueberries, fresh or frozen
    6 oz vanilla, blueberry or plain yogurt *
    1 tablespoon honey (if plain yogurt is used)
    1/2 cup ice (4 ice cubes)


* In this recipe, I used fresh wild blueberries, Yoplait Original 99% Fat-Free Mountain Blueberry Yogurt...no honey. You may need to adjust the ingredient list based on what you use to get an accurate nutrional value.


Blend well at high speed. Serve immediately.
