Ingredients

    2 apples - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 1/2 cup almond milk
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 cup uncooked steel cut oats
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir and cook on low for 7 hours
