Ingredients

    Combine warm water, yeast, and 1/2 cup of fresh ground whole wheat flour in large mixing bowl. Allow to sponge 15 minutes. Add agave, oil, dough enhancer, vital gluten, salt and 4-5 cups additional flour until dough begins to glean sides of mixing bowl. Knead the dough with mixer 10 min. On speed one or until very smooth and elastic. Form loaf. Allow to rise in warm place for 40 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake loaf for 25 min. In 350 degree oven.
    **Dough can also be used to make pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, bread sticks, or other variations.
