Introduction

Ingredients

Salad
- 1 16oz package of Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Visalia onion, chopped
- 2 Hardboiled Eggs, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup milk, skim
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Mayo (NOT Miracle Whip!)
Directions
While the eggs are cooking, start chopping the onion.
Cook your bacon, you want it nice and crispy. When done, crumble it all up into little pieces.
For Dressing:
Add sugar, milk, vinegar and mayo to a bowl (or to a salad dressing mixing bottle). Whisk (or shake mixing bottle) until completely blended.
Add spinach to large salad bowl. Add eggs, onion, bacon and dressing and mix.
Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 9 cups of salad
