Ingredients

    1 large Red Ripe Tomato, diced
    1 large Cucumber, peeled, chopped
    1 small Onion, diced or 1/2 cup
    3 T Olive Oil
    3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 t salt
    1 t pepper
    5 sprigs of fresh Dill Weed or 2 t dried Dill Weed

Directions

Combine all ingredients into serving bowl and mix.
