Introduction

Salmon patty with sides of Beets and Carrots Salmon patty with sides of Beets and Carrots
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Salmon pouch
    1 c diced onions
    2 T olive oil
    1 c Beets (canned)
    1 c Carrots fresh or canned
    1 Egg
    1 cube of chicken broth

Tips

When using small portions of chicken broth....
freeze broth into ice cube trays and store in freezer bag.

Serve by fanning out sliced beets and carrots with the patty on the side of plate.


Directions

Steam carrots if using fresh in cube of chicken broth. Warm up if canned in the chicken broth.
Mix salmon, onion, egg and crackers and form 2 patties.
Heat 1 T olive oil and add salmon patties browning on one side add rest of oil after flipping the patty.
