Ingredients

    Mori-Nu Tofu, extra firm, 1.5 slices
    Sweet Red Pepper, sliced, 3 cups
    Green Pepper, sliced, 3 cups
    Zucchini, sliced, 2 cups
    Summer Squash, sliced, 2 cups
    Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    Uncle Ben's Fast & Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cups
    Ken's Steakhouse Lite Asian Sesame Dressing, 4tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Wash and slice all vegetables. Slice tofu. Saute vegetables and tofu in frying pan, using dressing and olive oil for flavor. Cook rice seperately. Once all is cooked, combine and serve.
