Introduction

I saw a more fattening and decided they looked good but I was going to cut a few corners and make a lower version. These are sooo yummy! My kids gobbled them down without even adding additional butter. I saw a more fattening and decided they looked good but I was going to cut a few corners and make a lower version. These are sooo yummy! My kids gobbled them down without even adding additional butter.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    4.5 cups of heart healhty bisquick
    1 cup of light sour cream
    1 cup diet 7up
    1/2 cup of light butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix 4 cups of Bisquick (set the other 1/2 cup to the side), sour cream, and 7up. Kneed and fold dough until well mixed. Pat dough out (adding the other 1/2 cup as needed you may not need all of it) and cut biscuits using jelly jar, cookie cutter, or whatever else. Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 pan or dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown.

Serving Size: approx 18 standard jelly jar sized biscuits
