Ingredients

    1 1/4 pounds ground beef, lean
    1/2 C. chopped white Onion
    S&P
    2 4oz cans chopped Green Chiles
    1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 C. Milk or 1/2 and 1/2
    1/4 C. Flour or Almond flour
    Dash of Tabasco

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions, S&P, Mix green chiles into cooked beef. Place in sprayed 9X13. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Mix beaten eggs, milk (cream) and flour until smooth. Add hot sauce if desired. Pour over meat and Cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 45-50 minutes. Let cool 5 min, cut and serve.
