    1.5 to 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2-3 cups skim milk
    2 tbsp brown mustard
    1/4 - 1/2 cup flour (may substitute corn starch)
    29 oz can Del Monte Mixed Veg with Potato
    1 can Pillsbury grand biscuits
    Season to taste


Bake according to biscuit package directions


Use 8 x 13 glass baking dish. I have one biscuit per serving to help portion the pot pie. Dice 1 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast and cook until white. Add milk, mustard, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until thickened. Add drained vegetables. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover with biscuits and bake until golden brown. Let set for 10 to 15 before serving.
