Ingredients

    6- chicken breast tenders
    3 cups chopped broccoli
    3 cups sugar snap peas
    1 large bell pepper ( your choice of color)
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
    1 tbsp packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp black pepper ( cracked)
    Dash of ginger powder
    1 tsp Honey
    1 1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix seasonings, water, soy sauce, honey in bowl; set aside
Cook chicken till done; then set aside
Add veggies to pan and saute for 4-5 mins
Add chicken to veggies, then add sauce
Cook till thickened

Serving Size: makes about 6-7 1 cup servings
