Number of Servings: 8


    1 Medium Bag Baby Carrots (16 oz), left whole
    3 Stalks Celery, cut into 1" pieces
    6 Medium Potatoes, cut about same size as celery
    1 Large Onion, cut about same size as celery
    1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
    16 oz Eckrich Skinless Turkey Rope Sausage W/1/2 the Fat, sliced
    2 cups Frozen Brocolli Cuts
    1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup


Can use the reduced calorie Cream of Chicken Soup for a lower calorie recipe. Also, turkey sausage can be replaced by lean ham cubes or chicken.


Spray crock pot and lid with cooking release spray. Layer ingredients in the order they come in recipe, ending with spreading the soup on top. Place lid on top. Cook on low in crock pot for about 5 hours. Don't peek or stir till ready to eat. Mixture should be bubbling and carrots tender when done. Stir well just before serving. No salt needed.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 - 1.5 cup servings
