    2 13.5-oz pkgs polish sausage, sliced
    1 16-oz jar banana peppers
    4 medium red potatoes, cut into 1/2" pieces
    2 bell peppers, seeded & sliced
    1 large onion, sliced


1. Combine all ingredients into 9x13 baking dish.
2. Bake at 400 until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-1/2c servings.
