Introduction

Yummy, sweet breakfast smoothie. Very filling! Yummy, sweet breakfast smoothie. Very filling!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 scoop of Jillian Michael (or your choice) whey protein powder
    1 cup of frozen blueberries
    1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    (Also yummy to add some fresh spinach leaves!)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender until desired consistency and enjoy!

Serving Size: Could make 2 8 ounce servings, but I calculated and drink all of it. Usually a little more than 2 cups
