Introduction

This recipe is for a very low sodium chicken taco meat that is simply delicious!! This recipe is for a very low sodium chicken taco meat that is simply delicious!!

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    2 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1/4 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1/4 Tbsp Oregano
    1/2 Tbsp Paprika
    2 1/2 tsp KC Masterpiece Steak Seasoning w/ garlic
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Mix together all seasonings and set aside for taco seasoning. Cook chicken on grill (or however you want). Shred the chicken and put into pot on stove over medium heat. Mix in 2/3 C of water and taco seasoning. Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Serve in you favorite tao shells with toppings of your choice.
