Chicken Kabobs with Vegetables
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves/filets - cubed
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 Skewers/Kabob sticks
You may brush the grill plate with oil before grilling so the chicken doesn't stick while cooking.
You may wish to brush on barbecue sauce or other sauces on the skewers while cooking and turning for additional flavor.

Thread the chicken, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper pieces onto skewers alternately.
Cook, turning frequently, for 15 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
