Ingredients

    1.5 c. skim milk
    3 eggs
    3 T water
    2 T vegetable oil
    1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
    1.5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. baking cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt

Tips

To serve as dessert fill with fresh strawberries/raspberries. Drizzle with Chocolate Mint Fudge (see recipe) and top with whip creme. (Not included in nutritional facts).

To serve as a sweet breakfast, fill with fresh fruit and skip the chocolate mint fudge :)


Directions

Mix all ingredients well.

Place scant 1/4 c. mixture into pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
