Ingredients

    40 dumpling or wonton wrappers
    300g pork mince
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    1 cup grated carrot
    4 spring onions, chopped
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp garlic
    1 tbsp ginger
    Couple of splashes of seasame oil
    Salt and Pepper

Tips

You can turn them into pot stickers by frying them but you will need to factor in extra calories for the oil used.


Directions

Saute cabbage, carrots, spring onions, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until softened. Add to pork and mix with hands.
Put about a tbsp of filling into each wrapper and use water on the edges to seal into whatever shape you want.
Cook dumplings either by boiling in water/broth for around 5 minutes or steaming until done.

Serving Size: Makes 5 main servings of 8 dumplings each.
