Introduction

Ingredients

    850 grams shredded carrots ( about 4 cups)
    Chopped Walnuts 90 grams more or less to taste...
    65 grams honey more or less to taste...
    1 tsp Oil (olive, canola, ...)
    Fresh Lemon juice 4 oz to taste
    Salt to tast or not...

    Mix set for a few minutes eat...works well for several days in fridge. Serving size 100 grams.

Tips

Good with apples or nectarines, but then doesn't hold as long.


Directions

Chop, shred, squeeze and mix. Eat.
