    2 Cans blackeyed peas, drained
    1 package Morning Star Farms Veggie Bacon, chopped
    1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil


Heat oil in non-stick skillet
Saute chopped bacon pieces until golden brown
Add blackeyed peas and cook till heated through
*Don't stir peas too much, or they will become mushy
