    18 serving Morning Star Farm, Bacon strips
    2.5 Cup Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt

Directions

Heat oil in non-stick skillet
Saute chopped bacon pieces until golden brown
Add blackeyed peas and cook till heated through
*Don't stir peas too much, or they will become mushy
