Great mac and cheese! There's nothing processed here. I ate a serving and a half for dinner; 450 calories for a meal isn't too bad. I served it with a nice salad. Tried a second time with some chopped onion, basil, and oregano mixed in-amazing! Also good with mushrooms, spinach, and onion salt. - 5/14/08

I made this recipe but I always chop onions and boil with the noodles. It gives an extra flavor, but you can't taste the onions once they are cooked and mixed in with the cheese. - 1/21/09

This was very good. My family did not like the crackers on time, so next time it will be without the crackers. Still a very good dish. Thanks. - 12/1/08
