Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Sorry it was tasteless when I made it . I made it without saltines
Im a bit confused here, how is 450 calories, and almost 16 grams of fat for 1/2 Cup of this healthy? its four servings and only 2 cups of noodles...so its not much more than 1/2 cup.
I used low fat cheddar instead of regular; next time I will use regular for the flavour. So quick and easy, will make again!
I made this with leftover cheese from party trays. It tastes fabulous but I'm not sure it's very healthy (lots of sodium and carbs). So it only gets 3 stars from me. I can't eat this but I'll serve it at our next get together. I also put extra shredded cheese and crushed cheese crackers on top.
Yum yum yum! Make sure you look at the calories in your own ingredients because for me, this was around 450 calories per serving, just fyi!
I love this and have made it several times now. I added some cut up chicken for a little protein. Also, I definitely recommend the baking option. I covered it in bread crumbs and a little italian spice, and it was great!
Great mac and cheese! There's nothing processed here. I ate a serving and a half for dinner; 450 calories for a meal isn't too bad. I served it with a nice salad. Tried a second time with some chopped onion, basil, and oregano mixed in-amazing! Also good with mushrooms, spinach, and onion salt.
Love Mac and Cheese, going to make it tonight just for a quick meal with some fish, but use low fat ingred.
A great way to get less calories for this recipe would be to use a butter substitute and add reduced fat cheddar cheese. I haven't made this yet but love mac and cheese and will definitely try this.
