Ingredients

    Starkist white albacore tuna in water, 5 oz
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup
    *Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives, 2 serving
    *Best Food Real Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    *Fennel seed, 1 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp

Tips

Lower fat mayo can be used. Also, if you refridge before using the ingredients will bind more. Just toss again before serving.


Directions

Drain tuna. Fine dice celery, onion and olive. Using a fork, put into a bowl and toss all with ingredients until well mixed. Place on bread or into a salad. Refrigerate
remaining.
