Introduction

Fast and delicious! They are a little messy though, for car snacks, as the phyllo crumbles. Fast and delicious! They are a little messy though, for car snacks, as the phyllo crumbles.

Ingredients

    4 sheets of Phyllo dough
    16 slices of Hormel turkey pepperoni
    1/4c fat free shredded cheese

Tips

These are great warm or cold. Would be great dipped in warm marinara sauce!


Directions

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough flat and spray with buttery spray. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on the end and sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese. Fold in the sides, then roll up jelly roll style. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
