Introduction

Ingredients

    Crust:
    3 Eggs
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 tsp taco seasoning
    8 oz Cheddar Cheese

    Topping
    1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    3.5 tsp Taco Seasoning
    4-8 oz shredded cheese

Tips

Can be cut into pieces and frozen for easy microwave lunches. Serve with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, or any other taco-type toppings.


Directions

Crust: Mix eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Add cream and seasoning and mix. Grease 9x13 pan and sprinkle cheese over bottom. Pour cream mixture over cheddar. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before adding toppings.

Toppings: Brown ground beef and add tomato sauce and seasoning. Spread over crust and top with cheese. Put back in oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
