    3# Bottom Round Roast
    1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
    7-8 oz. baby carrots
    Water if necessary
    2 Tablespoons Flour to thicken gravy


Place carrots in crockpot. Place roast on top of carrots. Add can of condensed soup. Cover.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Add water if necessary to make gravy. Thicken with flour. Cook another 30 minutes uncovered to reduce the gravy and remove any flour flavor.
Makes 8-10 servings. Allow 4 oz. meat , 1/2 cup carrots and 1/4 cup gravy per serving.
