Introduction

Ingredients

    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can of chunk white chicken
    2 tbsp sweet relish
    1tbsp Hellmann light mayo
    1tbsp yellow mustard
    1/4 c. Onion, diced
    Dash of salt
    Dash of pepper

Tips

To cut calories, I cut one piece of whole wheat bread in half, and make half a sandwich, instead of a whole sandwich with 2 pieces of bread.


Directions

Mix it all up in a bowl.
