Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    4 fresh carrots
    3 stalks fresh celery
    2 cans green beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cans petite diced tomatoes
    48 oz can of chicken broth
    Water to taste for consistency
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sautee onion and garlic in butter.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Let boil until carrots and celery are tender. Simmer on low until desired consistency. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste
